Tricia is stepping into the Planning Coordinator Role and Managing the Client Service Role,dedicated to enhancing the client experience from start to finish. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, she ensures every touchpoint—from the moment clients arrive to the moment they leave—is seamless and personalized.

In her new role, Tricia is responsible for overseeing both the planning coordination and ongoing client service functions. Drawing on 10 years of experience in our industry, she acts as the essential bridge between our clients, insurers, and investment companies. She expertly manages client accounts, from initial setup and maintenance to ongoing adjustments, ensuring everything is aligned with clients’ evolving needs. She strives to transition into the junior advisory role, taking on some of the kids of our clients and smaller accounts in the next year!!!!

As our planning and client service lead, Tricia is the go-to for administrative account management as well as creating the plans our clients rely on to reach their goals. She works closely with our team, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, while coordinating the necessary information to fulfill each task with precision.

Tricia brings a wealth of experience from her background in emergency medical services as a firefighter and EMT, as well as her training as a Legal Assistant. Her time in high-pressure environments has instilled in her a proactive, solution-oriented mindset—one that prepares her for any challenge and ensures that the clients’ financial risk management and investment strategies are always in place to safeguard their long-term success.

Originally from the East Coast but raised in Northern Alberta, Tricia cherishes her lifelong memories and enjoys recreating them with her husband and daughters. When she’s not managing client relationships, you can find her hiking, crafting, or reading—anything to avoid baking!
