Tricia is the Client Service Coordinator, where she is focused on the client experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave and everywhere in between. Coming from 2 years experience in our industry, she is the necessary link between our clients, insurers and investment companies and is responsible for setting up and maintaining their accounts.

She is our insurance underwriting and investment transfer concierge. She manages the administrative aspect of our client accounts, changes to them, banking, day-to-day processing and anything extra the team may need from her including project work while assisting in gathering the necessary information to complete and follow through with the task at hand in a seamless and timely manner.

Tricia also comes from an emergency medical background as a firefighter and EMT, with further education and experience as a Legal Assistant. Seeing people at their worst has given her a productive mindset to be prepared for anything that can and will go wrong…and knowing the outcomes of not having the proper risk management and investments can lead to long-term financial issues. This enthusiasm immediately shines the moment you walk in or call – she’s found her calling!

Born out on the East Coast, but raised in Northern Alberta has provided Tricia with some lifelong memories and loves to recreate those memories with her Husband and Daughter. Life is also filled with hiking, crafting, reading and anything to avoid baking!
